3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 2–3 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, you must follow the return process.

5. Advance Payment Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions that require advance payment are non-refundable once shipped.
